Michael Zhu 朱亚天是美团副总裁，从 2018 年开始，Michael 负责美团的云计算部门，利用广博和专精的技术领域经验带队开发美团大型分布式底层软硬件技术平台，支持各个业务 7 亿用户每天 1 亿次交易。美团作为中国领先的生活服务电子商务平台，服务涵盖餐饮、外卖、打车、共享单车、酒店旅游、电影、休闲娱乐等 200 多个品类，业务覆盖全国 2800 个县区市。2018年 9 月 20 日，美团正式在港交所挂牌上市。
Michael 长期专注于高科技领域。在加入美团前，曾在硅谷的亚马逊、英特尔、博通和高通工作近二十年，拥有在 AI、大数据、云计算、操作系统和硬件芯片等行业的技术和管理经验。在亚马逊，他作为 AWS 的技术负责人，开发并落地了多个云服务创新型产品。在英特尔，他主要研发云计算软件和 Linux 操作系统。在博通和高通，他负责高速和无线网络等领域的芯片开发，主导了 20+ 款芯片的量产，包括苹果 iPhone 核心芯片。Michael 在硅谷和中国有广泛的合作伙伴。
Michael 拥有华盛顿州立大学的电子工程硕士学位和北京大学的学士学位。
Michael Zhu is a Vice President at Meituan Group. From 2018, utilizing the unique combination of his vast experience and in-depth knowledge of the technology industry, Michael has been leading the Meituan cloud computing BU to build a large-scale high-performance distributed software and hardware platform supporting 700 million users and 100 million transactions per day. Meituan is the worldwide leader in E-commerce platforms for service. Its services cover 200 categories including catering, on-demand delivery, bike-sharing, and hotel booking business across China. Meituan was officially listed on the main board of the stock exchange of Hong Kong Limited(HKEX) on Sept. 20, 2018.
Michael has been focusing on the high-tech industry. Prior to Meituan, he had served as engineering leaders at Silicon Valley AWS, Intel, Broadcom, and Qualcomm, working on Al, big data, cloud computing, operation system, and smart hardware. At AWS, he led engineering teams to build several innovative cloud products. At Intel, he worked on cloud computing software and Linux operating system. At Broadcom and Qualcomm, Michael was responsible for high speed and wireless network chipset development, leading 20+ chips to production including popular iPhone chips, Michael has a wide range of partners in the US and China.
Michael holds an MSEE from Washington State University and BSEE from Peking University.
